These guys were awesome. They came in, made sure my 2 bedrooms were ready, and knocked it out in about 3 hours. The only downside I can think of is them not having a showroom, but it didn't matter at all since they brought tons of samples over to my house and showed me them in my lighting. What should I expect on the day of the installation?
The day of the install, we will give you a call 30 min. prior to the arrival of our installers. They will arrive there, make sure the job is ready to be installed. Once everything is ready, they will go ahead with the install and make sure they checked all the boxes before leaving.
How should I prepare my home before my installation?
The only thing we ask for you to do is remove any small items around your house out of the way. For example: Laundry, Picture Frames, and any miscellaneous items. We ask of this as it speeds up the process of our install if our crew only has to worry about doing all the heavy lifting. Beds, couches, desks, you name it and we will move it for you, for free!
What happens if something goes wrong in the installation?
Any installation can run into some unforeseen issues. Our installers have been around for 10+ years so there is not much they haven't seen that they don't know how to fix. If something comes up we with install our installers will handle it professionally, no cover-ups. We are here to give you the best flooring experience there is and will be there to make sure we find a reasonable solution to any issue that comes up
